Approved as part of the 2000 ciry budget, the Neighborhood Investment Program provides funds to be used for capital improvement projects in each of the city's seven wards. Your project has been recommended to the STAR Board to receive assistance. As the financing is provided through the citys STAR program, you will need to enter into an Agreement with the City, and provide evidence of at least a one for one match of city dollars.
