Discover St. Paul A project to publicize the historical Heritage '76 uniqueness, artistic resources and cultural heritage of St. Paul . Nis- toric Indian mounds are nearby. The Jonathan Padelford An authentic sternwheel motor Heritage '76 Mississippi River vessel providing regular and charter Sternwheeler excursions on the t�ississippi River. Constructed to recapture the nos- � talgia of river travel in the late 19th century, the ship boasts orig- inal lanterns, authentic captains' chairs and an embossed tin ceiling. The park will include a typical one-room school house, an operating brickyard. and a freshwater lake. Ramsey County Open A program to ensure that the residents Horizons '76 Space Program of urbanized Ramsey County will con- tinue to have access to open space and recreation opportunities, while at the same time preservinq the natural drainage system and ecological balances of the area by acquiring and conserving what usable open space remains in the county. Oxford Swimming A new indoor/outdoor swimming facility Horizons '76 Pool adjacent to the Oxford recreation center in St. Paul 's Summit-University urban renewal area. Space-theatre The Science Museum of Minnesota Norizons '76 Planetarium is plann�ng a program of expansion that will emphasize a spectacular 76 foot space theatre, capable of transporting audiences on trips to outev� space or to the depths of the sea. 7th Place 7th Place is a totally new development Norizons '76 that converts 7th Street in Downtown St. Paul into a "peopie place" rather than a vehicular street.
