In the Matter of condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for the
slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support from
subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or
construction of slopes in the grading and surfacing with bituminous
material the N-S and E-W alleys in Block 2, Lexington Park Plat 6.
under Administrative Order D-1198 approved �►Pril 4, 1974
The Council of the C;ty of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ .
2. That a public hearin be had on said improvement on the 19th day of
June, 19�4 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
