MINNESOTA-WISCONSIN TRUCK LINES. Registered Bill #3-6783 File S-72-0261 This bill was issued as a result of an accident between a City fire engine and a truck owned by Minnesota- Wisconsin Truck Lines , Inc. on February 9, 1972 at the intersection of Montreal, Lexington and West 7th Streets . There is a dispute as to the color of the traffic sema- phore for both vehicles as well as the reasonable cost of the repair of the City vehicle. In view of the offer of Minneso.ta-Wisconsin Truck Lines ' Insurance Company in excess of 920 of the registered bill, this office recommends acceptance of $1, 566 . 00 in full settlement of our claim, The City�s subrogated Workmen�s Compen- sation claim in this matter has already been settled.
