ment project L-7636, to be later reimbursed by assessments,.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
EDWARD NICHOLS AND JAMES AND BERNICE O'BRIEN
Claimant, Edward Nichols, requests payment f or damage
to his motor vehcile which occurred when a Model Cities
Health CliniG Van backed into his car. Liability is on
the pa.rt of the City. This office approves payment of
Mr. Nichols' claim in the a.mount of $190.90.
Claimants, James and Bernice O' Brien, request reimburse-
ment on the cost of having a drainage system constructed
to relieve water runoff created as a result of grading
the alley behind their residence. Liability is on the
part of the City. This office approves payment of
Mr. and Mrs. O'Brien' s claim in the amount of $90.00.
