WHEREAS, St. Paui Regional Water Services, pursuant to its by-laws, has adopted a budget for the fiscal year 2003, and the City Charter sec. 10.03
requires an annuai budget , and
W HEREAS, the C�ty may modify the butlget in regards to setling of vrater rates St. Paul Reg�onal Water Services has adopted, a�
WHEREAS, St. Paul Regional Water Services has atlopted a budget subject to the approval ot the City Council, and
WHEREAS, St. Paul Regional Water Services has submitted a balanced budget and the Mayor, pursuant to sec. 70 02 of the city charter, does
recommend the adoption of the submitted budget, now
BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of City Gharter, St. Paul Regional Water Services budget for the fscal year beginning January 1,
2003 as adopted by St. Paul Regional Water Services is hereby approved.
