RESOLVED, That St. John' s Lutheran Hospital be and
hereby is granted a permit to install a 247-car parking
lot on property located on the south side of East Seventh
between Maria and Bates, more particularly described as
follows :
Lots 7 through 11, Reed's Place, and
Lots 2, 3, and �, except the North 100
feet, Zimmerman Place, and east 96.15
feet of Lot 2, Auditor' s Subdivision
No. 19;
all in accordance with revised plans dated Received March 4,
1974; subject to the condition that said applicant-permittee,
and its successors and assigns, shall make due compliance
with all applicable provisions of municipal ordinances, state
statutes and rules and regulations of public authorities
having cognizance.
