hereby authorized and directed to pa.y out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to:
l. Porky' s Drive-In by Gerald B. Cobb, Ma.nager, the sum
of $372.00 in full settlement of their claim of
da.ma.ges susta.ined on or about October 24, 1973, as
more particularly set out in a communication to the
City Council on November 8, 1973.

of her cla.im of damages sustained on or about

CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY PORKY' S DRIVE-IN BY GERALD B. COBB,
MANAGER; DENISE SCHIFSKY; AND MUTUAL
5ERVICE INSURANCE COMPANIES AND THEIR
INSURED, JOYCE SUELTER.
Claimants, Porky' s Drive-In by Gerald B. Cobb, Manager,
request payment for their building damaged by a vehicle
owned by the City of Saint Paul Public Works Department�
on November 8, 1973. Liability is on the part of the
City. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged building.
This office approves the settlement of the above claim in
the amount of $372.00.
Claimant, Denise Schifsky, was involved in an accident
with a Saint Paul police vehicle on February 17, 1974.
Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses are for
the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves
the settlement of Ms. Schifsky' s claim in the amount of
$82.60.
Claimants, Mutual Service Insurance Companies and their
insured, Joyce Suelter, who was involved in an accident
with a Saint Pa.ul police vehicle on February 27, 1974,
request payment for the damage to Ms. Suelter' s vehicle.
Liability is on the part of the City. This office approves
the settlement of the above claim in the amount of $84.68.
