AGREEMENT made this �� day of ,
1974, between the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, a
municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the
City and State Automobile and Casualty Underwriters, Inc. ,
P. O. Box 16069, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55416, hereinafter
referred to as State Automobile.
In consideration of the sum of One Hundred Twenty- �
four pollars ($124.00) and other good and valuable consid-
eration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, it is
hereby agreed:
I
State Automobile undertakes to indemnify, save harm-
less and defend the City from any and all liability, loss
or damage City may st�ffer as a result of claims, sui�s,
actions, demands, costs or judgments against the City
arising from and relating to the right, title or interest
to monies recovered from John F. Perkovich and Michael
Alexander aka Michael T. Murphy as a result of their
arrest on or about September 19, 1973.

George L. Richards and Anne L. Richards clba Oasis Catering
Service a.gainst Losses from theft, robbery, burglary and
rela.ted haza.rds and that State Automobile beca.use of said
insurance policy is the successor in interest to any and
all monies taken by force from George L. Richards and
Anne L. Richards dba. Oasis Catering Service on the afore-
mentioned da.te.
