WHEREAS� As a condition of the City Council approving the
proposed plat of Lewiston Heights Third Addition, the City did
request the dedication of public street adjoining the proposed plat,
which deed of dedication ha.s now been presented to the City of
Saint Paul for acceptance; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED� Tha.t the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby accept dedication of the public street described as:
The East 658�.22 feet of the South 30 feet of
the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
of Section fourteen, Township twenty-eight,
Ra.nge twenty-two, according to the United States
Government Survey thereof;
and does hereby authorize the City Attorney to record the deed of
dedication in the office of the Registrar of Titles.

DEDICATION OF PUBLIC STREET
WHEREAS, Catherine A. Nelson is the owner in fee simple
of a portion of the South half (S. 2) of the Northeast quarter
(NE �) of the Southeast quarter (SE �) of Section fourteen (14) ,
Township twenty-eight (28), Range twenty-two (22), and her
husband is Robert F. Nelson; and
WHEREAS, Arvilla D. Nelson is the owner in fee simple of
a portion of the South half (S. 2) of the Northeast quarter
(NE �) of the Southeast quarter (SE 4) of Section fourteen (14},
Township twenty-eight (28) , Range twenty-two (22) , and is ma.rried
to Lowell 0. Nelson; and
WHEREAS, the above two parties wish to dedicate a portion of
their property for public street purposes and the City of Saint
Paul, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota, is

NOW, THEREFORE, Catherine A. Nelson and Robert F. Nelson,

husband, do hereby Grant, Convey and dedicate ianto the City of

Dear Mr. Marzitelli:
The Public Works Department, as a condition of the
City Council approving the proposed plat, known as
Lewiston Heights Third Addition, has requested and
obtained a deed dedicating additiona.l street right-
of-way adjacent to the proposed plat. The additional
right-of-way was needed because the plat dedicated
only one-ha.lf of the street. The other one-ha.lf of
the street is dedicated by the proposed deed.
I ha.ve prepa.red and attach hereto resolution whereby
the City Council would authorize acceptance of this
dedication, and I request that you ha.ve it submitted
for approval to the City Council. The Public Works
Depa.rtment has approved the legal description and
dedication of the public street. I ha.ve the origina.l
deed of dedication in my office' and following approval
by the City Council will record the origina.l in the
office of the Registrar of Titles. The owner' s
certificates of title ha.ve been filed with the Registrar's
offi� and are available for recording.
