The appropriate City Officers have, pursu- ant to said resolution, caused proper published notice of the sale of the bonds to be given as required by law and sealed bids, pursuant to said Notice of Sale, were received until 10 :00 o' clock A.M. , Central Daylight Savings Time on Wednesday, March 20 , 1974, in the office of the Director of Finance and Management Services , Accounting Division of the City of St. Paul; and C . The Director of Finance and Management Services of the City has advised the Council that the bid of SALOMON BROTHERS� NEW YORK CI�'Y. AND ASSOCIATES �' was found to be the most advantageous , and has recommended that said bid be accepted.
