Berg City Attorney's Office Gentlemen: Reference is made to the City Planning Board's request of November 13, 1973 relative to two items which they war�ted changed on the proposed Wilder Housing Project . 1) On Site C they request that a fire lane be added at the southeast end of the project running from the existing interior driveway extended to Victoria Street. 2) On Site A they request that a driveway presently shown entering the site from Pierce Butler Route be eliminated so that there is no direct access or egress to Pierce Butler Route. We have reviewed both of these requests with the Department of Housing and Urban Development as well as the Wilder Foundation and the architects .
