2. Wilfred J. Anderson the sum of $105.16 in full
settlement of his cla.im of damages susta.ined on or
about Janua.ry 30, 1974, as more particula.rly set out
in a. communication to the City Council on February 13,
1974.
3. Cynthia Flahave the sum of $23.00 in full settlement
of her cla.im of da.mages sustained on or about
August 6, 1973, a,s more particula.r ly set out in a.
communication to the City Council on September, 1973.
4. Wesley C. Keyes the sum of $86.83 in full settlement
of his claim of da.mages susta.ined on or about
Februa.ry 5, 1974, as more particularly set out in a.
communication to the City Council on Februa.ry 20, 1974.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY ROBERT J. GRAY, WILFRED J. ANDERSON,
CYNTHIA FLAHAVE, AND WESLEY C. KEYES
Claimant, Robert J. Gray, was involved in an accident with
a Saint Paul police vehicle on February ]� 1974. Liability
is on the part of the City. Expenses include the repair
of the da.maged vehicle. This office approves the settle-
ment of Mr. Gray' s claim in the amount of $34.16.
Claimant, Wilfrid J. Anderson, was involved in an accident
with a Saint Paul D�epartment of Public Works on January 30,
1974. Liability is on the part of the City. This office
approves the settlement of Mr. Anderson' s claim in the
amount of $105.16.
Claimant, Cynthia Flahave, requests reimbursement of towing
and storage fees. Her vehicle was illegally towed and
traffic violation was dismissed in court. Liability is on
the part of the City. This office approves the settlement
of Ms. Flahave' s claim in the amount of $23.00.
Claimant, Wesley C. Keyes, was involved in an a,ccident with
a Saint Paul Depa.rtment of-:Puhlic Works vehicle on February 5,
1974. Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses are
for the repa.ir of the damaged vehicle. This office approves
the settlement of Mr. Keyes' claim in the amount of $86.83.
