RESOLVED� That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve the Lease Agreement between the City and St. James
A.M.E. Church for the City' s Youth Service Bureau Program, Summit-
University Office located at the house at 632 West Central Avenue,
Saint Paul, Minnesota, the lease commencing on Janua.ry 1, 1974 and
termina.ting December 31� 1974� at a monthly rent of $175.00 to be
charged to Fund No. 33060� and the proper City officers are authorized
to execute the Lease Agreement on beha.lf of the City of Saint Paul.
