WI3EREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority has applied to the Boaxd
of Ramsey County Commissioners for conveyanee of certain tax forfeited lands
in the City of Saint Pa.u1; and
WF�REAS, the City of Saint Paul has n0 objection to the release of said lands;
therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Sai.nt Paul approve the release of
the follawing tax forfeited lancls legally described as follows:

Re: Release of Certain Tax Forfeited I,ands as listed
on the attached resolution.
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority has made application to the Land
Commissioner for the conveyance of the subject pa.rcels for undertaking and
carrying out a redevelopment project designated as Summit-University Urban
Renewal Area, Project Minn. A-1-1.
Certain costs ha.ve been incurred by the City of Saint Pa.ul in connection with
the abatement of nuisances against the subject ]�ands tota.ling approximately
$4,300.00. Housing and Redevelopment Authority has been asked to pay these
costs but are unable to do so because of lack of f`unds. I nd early
approva.l of this resolution.
