Re: C.F. 262937
Dear Sir:
Per discussion at the February 28 meeting of the Management
and Personnel Committee regarding C.F. 262937--increasing the
Advisory Reference Committee from three to five people--you indicated
a willingness to work with Thomas Gleason, of Civil Service, in
working up a revised resolution.
Let me know if there is anything I can do.
Sincerely,
Victor J. Tedesco, Chairman
Management & Personnel Committee

MEMORANDUM T0: City Clerk
c/o A1 Olson
FROM: Victor J. Tedesco, Chairman
Ma.nagement & Personnel Committee
SUBJECT: Ma.tters referred to Committee--
Amendment to Ordinance No. 3250
The subject amendment to Ordinance No. 3250 was discussed at a recent
Ma.nagement and Personnel Committee meeting. The City Attorney's
Office was directed to revise the ordinance noting the new requirements
for removal from the eligibility roster. Instead of amending Council
File No. 263218, the Attorney drafted a new ordinance with Council
File No. 262937. Therefore, would you please void C.F. No. 262937.
On Ma.rch 19, 1974, the second reading of C.F. No.263218 was read. Per
normal procedure, subsequent readings would have this ordinance
adopted in a week or so. Therefore, T believe this item can be
deleted from your memorandum entitled "Ma.tters Referred to Committee."
