2. Mrs. Rose Rudnick the sum of $17.00 in full settlement
of her claim of da.ma.ges susta.ined on or about November 3,
1973, as more particularly set out in a. communication
to the City Council on November 29, 1973.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MARIANNE DAVIDSON AND MRS. ROSE RUDNICK
Claimant, Ma.rianne Davidson, was involved in an accident
with a Saint Paul police vehicle on December 31, 1973.
Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses are for
the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves
the settlement of Ms. Da.vidson' s cla.im in the amount of
$91.50.
Claimant, Mrs. Rose Rudnick, request reimbursement for
towing a,nd storage fees when her vehicle was improperly
towed on November 3, 1973. Lia.bility is on the part of
the City. This office approves the settlement of
Mrs. Rudnick' s cla.im in the amount of $17.00.
