RESOLVSD� That the City Council hereby concurs in the action of the Purehasing
Committee in the award of a contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and services necessary or incidental to the FENCIldG WORK at 3t. Clair Recreation
Center £or the Department of Carmunity Services, to CROWN IRON WORKS COrII'ANY for
the contract price of LUMP SUM BID $10,397.63 (Plus Engineering and Inapection -
$1,500.00) as a result of Bid Number A5793 and the apecifications incorporated therein.
Crown Iron Works Company being the lowest reeponsible bidder under the specifications
and the Corporation Counsel is hereby directed to draft the proper form of contract
and obtain the necessary performance and payment bonds. The proper City officials
are hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
