W HEREAS, the $5,000.00 will be used to continue to support the St. Paui Fire Department Honor Guard which is used for special evenGS,
including ceremonies and funerals, and
WHEREAS, financing and spending plans have not been established for the donation received, and
W HEREAS, the Maya, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does cefify that there are available for
appropriations $5,000.00 in funds in excess of thase estimated in ihe 2002 budget; and, in accordance with Section 10.07.1 of the
City Charter, recommends the following changes to the 2002 budget:
