WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul is pleased
to have a professional hockey club once again headquartered
in the City of Saint Paul, and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Fighting Saints have been an
asset to the entire community and brought many benefits
to the City of Saint Paul and its Civic Centerj now, therefore,
be it .
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby encourages and recommends to the Civic Center Authority
that it do all things necessary to assist the Minnesota
Fighting Saints in their continued location in the City
and in particular, re-asses� and review their current con-
tractual relationship with the Minnesota Fighting Saints
so as to alleviate any temporary and short term difficulties
now being e�erienced thereunder.
