Tftis proposed bjll has been drawn up by the City Attorney following lengthy di�scussions wTth the State Liquor Control Agency which has requested the Arts and Science Council , the management agent of the Old Federal Courts Building, to comply with the standing liquor laws of the State of Minnesota. This legislation will in every way satisfy their request and is in keeping with the laws relating to the Saint Paul Civic Center. The adult programs of the Arts and Science Council and the Old Federal Courts Building which are used by .a variety of community organizations will greatly benefit by the passage of this legislation, Y`our immediate attention, endorsement and support before the next legislative session of the State Legislature will be greatly appreciated.
