RSSOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute amendments to Pro3ect No. LW27-00491, Hidden
Falls Park Development, copies of which are attached hereto and made a
, part hereof. Amendment No. 1 extends the pro3ect period from December 31,
1973 to December 31, 1974 and Amendment No. 2 increases the amount of the
grant by $9,500.00, t• cover increased costs of constructing parking
facilities.
