1973, Chapter 691, Section 2, adopted by the City Council on
November 28, i9'73, and filed with the Secretary of State pursuant
to Minnesota Statutes , Sec . 645.021, on November 29, 1973, the
City Council seats are hereby designated alphabetically for the
19'74 election and thereafter as follows :
