WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, upon petition of
the Housing and Rezievelopment Authority, has vacated portions
of Milton Street and Seminary Street by resolution, C. F.
262591, approved November 23, 1973; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
does hereby authorize and direct the proper City officers to
execute a quit claim deed conveying those portions of vacated
streets as more fully set forth in said resolution to the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul,
Minnesota
