RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a.
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are `
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to:
l. Michael Ortt the sum of $76.65 in full settlement
of his clai m of damages sustained on or about
July 27, 1973, as more pa.rticularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on August 14, 1973.
2. Mrs . Jennifer Neujahr the sum of $17.00 in full
settlement of her claim of damages sustained on or
about November 28, 1973, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
December 26, 1973.
3. Rodger A. Selander the sum of $362.85 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
September 6, 1973, as more particula.rly set out in
a communication .to the City Council on September 26, 1973.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MICHAEL ORTT, MRS. JENNIFER NEUJAHR
AND RODGER A. SELANDER
Claimant, Micha.el Ortt, was involved in an accident with
a Saint Paul police vehicle on July 27, 1973. Lia.bility
is on the part of the City. Expenses a.re for the repa.ir
of the dama.ged vehicle. This office approves the settle-
ment of Mr. Ortt' s claim in the amount of $76.65.
Claimant, Mrs. Jennifer Neujahr, requests payment of
a towing fee when her vehicle was illegally towed.
Liability is on the part of the City. This office
approves the settlement of Mrs. Neujahr' s cla.im in the
amount of $17.00.
Claimant, Rodger A. Selander, requests payment for
repair of property damaged when shots were fired by
Saint Paul police while pursuing a suspect. Lia.bility
is on the part of the City. This office approves the
settlement of Mr. Selander' s claim in the amount of
$362.85.
