by the City Attorney, the proper City officers a.re
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to:
l. Patricia Lee Erickson the sum of $25.00 in full
settlement of her claim of dama.Qes sustained on
or aln ut September, 1973, as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council
on April 3, 1974.
2. Mary K. Pettee the sum of $46.00 in full settlemert
of her claim of damages susta ined on or about
April 28, 1974, a.s more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on May 29, 1974.
3. Lynda Nielsen the sum of $42.00 in full settlement
of her claim of damages sustained on or about
April 17, 1974, as more particularly set out in a
Conciliation Court Summons received by the City
Attorney' s office on April 25, 1974.

CLAIMS AGAIN5T THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY PATRICIA LEE ERICKSON, MARY K. PETTEE,
AND LYNDA NIELSEN
Claimant, Patricia Lee Erickson, requests reimbursement
for damages done to her property during construction of
an alley behind her land. Liability is on the part of
the City. This office approves the settlement of
Mrs. Erickson' s claim in the a.mount of $25.00.
Cla.ima.nt, Mary K. Pettee, requests reimbursement for
storage fees she was charged when her stolen vehicle
was returned to her. Ms. Pettee' s car was reeovered
on April 28, 1974, and she was not notified to pick
it up at the Impounding Lot. Liability is on the part
of the City. This office approves the settlement of
Ms. Pettee' s claim in the amount of $46.00.
Claimant, Lynda Nielsen, requests reimbursement for
damages done to her automobile when she hit a chuckhole
on April 17, 1974, near Edgerton and Hoyt Streets.
Liability is on the part of the City. This office
a.pproves the settlement of Ms. Nielsen' s claim in the
amount of $42.00.
