� � WHEREAS, the Council has adopted a development program _.
for powntown Development District No. 1 in accordance with
Cha.pter 764 of Laws of 1973; and
WHEREAS, the Council will be requested to approve
projects compatible with the said adopted program including
. � public facilities; and
WHEREAS, the Council will require informa.tion and
documentation sufficient to determine financial feasibility
as well as compatibility with the development program; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council does hereby request that
all future submissions of projects within the district be
accompanied with full and complete financial statements
�, similar to that which is required by Section 7, Subd. 1,
i Chapter 485 of La.ws of Minnesota for 1974
