M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS A GAINST THE CITY OF SA INT PAUL
BY LOUIE J. ROSSI, DONALD J. LEIER,
AND JAMES C. CODERRE
Claimant, Louie J. Rossi, requests payment for repairs to
his vehicle which was damaged on February 9, 1974, when
a manhole cover flew up and hit Mr. Rossi' s car. Liability
is on the part of the City. This office approves the
settlement of Mr. Rossi' s claim in the amount of $90.00.
Claimant, Donald J. Leier, requests reimbursement for
property damaged as the result of tree branches falling
on his roof when a Saint Paul tree trimming crew was
working in his area. on Jarnzary 4, 1974. Lial� lity is on
the part of the City. This office approves the settle-
ment of Mr. Leier' s clai.m in the amount of $35.00.
Claimant, James C. Coderre, was involved in an accident
with a City of Saint Paul Public Works vehicle on
April 4, 1974. Liability is on the part of the City.
Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle. This
office approves the settlement of Mr. Coderre' s claim in
the amount of $100.00.
