In the Matter of 126�t E. DeSoto� owned by William
LaBarre and described as "Lot 22, Block 3, Stone
and Morton Seeond Addition. ��
RESOLYED� that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby ratifies and approve� the action of the Saint Paul
Board of Appeals at its meeting of March 26� 1974� waiving
the requirements of Section 54 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code that the kitchen sink be vented and a proper waste pipe
be installed for the kitehen sink� lavatory and bathtub; that
a gas stop be installed on the water heater and that the
laundry tub�. be vented; and be it
�FURTHER RESOLVED� that such waivers be granted until �
such time as any portion of the right� title or in.terest held
by William LaBarre be transferred by him to another� at which
time said waivers shall be nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESO LVED� that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey
County Register of Deeds.
