RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon re-
quest of the Ma.yor and the recommendation of the Long Range
Capital Improvement Budget Committee, tha.t the Ca.pital Improvement
Bond Budget for 1971, as heretofore adopted and amended by this
Council, is further amended in the following particulars:
1) Tha.t a project be created entitled, "Osceola
Avenue Paving, Randolph Avenue to Grace Street"
with an allocation of $397 .68 to be transferred
from the Public Works' 1971 Restricted Use Account.
For a net cha.nge in the budget of zero.
