RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon
request of the Ma.yor and the recommendation of the Long Ra.nge
Capital Improvement Budget Committee, tha.t the Capital Improvement
Bond Budget for 1969, as heretofore adopted and amended by this
Council, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:
1) Tha.t a project be created entitled, "Osceola Avenue
Paving, Randolph to Grace Street" with an allocation
of $259.99 to be transferred from the Public Works' 1969
Restricted Use Account.
For a net change in the budget of zero.
