City of St.Paul CO IL FILE NO RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND B FIXING TIME OF HEARING THEREON In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for consti't�ction or reconstruction of sidewalks and work incidental thereto; Coatract 72-M-0545, District No. 3, Levy No. 12 F.O. �259318 - FORF.ST ST., both sides from �targaret St. to Beech St. F.O. �259414 - WFLLS ST. , south side from Arcade to Payne Ave. WELLS ST., north side from Greenbrier St. to the west approx. 200 feet . � The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with the above improvement having been submitted to the Council,and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory,therefore,be it RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
