In the Matter of 8�quiring a 13 foot wide strip of additioaal right-of-way on
the north side of Sixth 3treet fra� Minnesota Street to 180 feet east for
the purpose of constructing a right turn lane (Citq Project No. P-0408CR),
acquire a pes�anent easement for atreet and highway purposes oa, over and
across the following described land: The southeasterly 13 feet of LotB 11,
12 and 13, Block 4, City of St. Paul
under Administrative Order D-1158 and D•1159 approved �rch 13, 1974
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That �5 0�6 rep�Ort and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof

2 That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 11� day of Julq� 1974 , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
