CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SA INT PAUL
BY FRANK A. MORISSET, SR., R. K. REDIN,
AND SHEPHARD GLASS
Claimant, Frank A . Morisse�, Sr. , was involved in an
accident with a City of Saint Paul Department of Public
Works vehicle on January 16, 1974. Liability is on the
part of the City. Expenses are for the repair of the
damaged vehicle, medical bills, and loss of wages. This
office approves the settlement of Mr. Morisset' s claim
in the amount of $1, 352.56.
Claimant, R. K. Redin, requests reimbursement for property
damaged when at City of Saint Paul, Department of Public
Works rubbish truck backed into his stone wall at
744 South Syndicate St. on April 24, 1974. Liability is
on the part of the City. This office approves the settle-
ment of Mr. Red in' s claim in the amount of $60.00.
Claimant, Shephard Glass, was involved in an accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Fire vehichle on
May 9, 1974. Liability is on the part of the City.
Lia.bility is on the part of the City. This office approves
the settlement of Mr. Glass ' claim in the amount of
$172.36.
