WHEREAS, The Bu�lington Northern Railraod, incorporated was assessed
for Street Maintenance in 1974 for Parcel coded 10-02700-210-02 in
the amount of $1 ,227.20 and
WHEREAS, It was found that the frontage listed for the above Parcel
aras incorrect and
WHEREAS, The assessment should have been $737.40 now, therefore, be
it
RESOLVED, That the Burlington Northern Railroad Incorporated be re-
funded 5489.80 since they have paid the original assessment in full .
