WHEREAS, the Epworth United Methodist Church at 1965 Sherw�od Avenue,
St. Paul , Minnesota 55119 was assessed for Street Mai.ntenance in
1974 in the amount of $79•30 and the correct assessment should have

Dear Mayor Cohen:
The attached Resolution authorizes the refund of $23. 10 to the Epworth
United Methodist Church. The Church was over assessed due to the
assessment being based on the total long side frontage when only one-
half of the long .side frontage should have been used.
