Dear Madam;
This is written in response to the application of Northwestern Flooring
and Lumber Company for a permit to install a 45-car parking lot on
property located on the northeast corner of Transfer Road and Ellis
Avenue extended. This property is further described by the legal des-
cription on file.
This matter was first scheduled on September 5, 1974, at which time the
matter was tabled because the applicant was not present.
It was again scheduled for September 19, 1974, at which time the applicant
was again not present. A motion to reconrtnend denial of the permit failed
for lack of a second. A motion was made and seconded to table the ma.tter
indefinitely until the applicant would guarantee his presence. The
motion carried unanimously.
This matter was heard on October 17, 1974, at which time staff reco�aended
approval according to revised plans. The applicant's representative was
present.
A motion to reco�nend approval of the permit carried unanimously
Plans received September 4, 1974, meet design standards.
