RESOLVEU, That the Council hereby accepts dedication
of public sewer easement across Tract B, Registered Land
Survey No. 276, described as:
The centerline of said easement is described
as follows: Commencing at the northeast
corner of said Tract B; thence west along the
north line of said Tract B a distance of 118.42
feet to the beginning of the line to be described;
thence southerly deflecting to the left 88 degrees
35 minutes a distance of 35 feet and there
terminating;
and the City Attorney is authorized to record the dedication
in the office of the Registrar of Titles
