This property is further described as follows: Lots 1 through 12, Block 5, Baz il and Guerin's Addition. On October 17, 1974, the Board of Zoning heard this application. Contingent upon the recommendations of Public Works Engineers regarding signing, drainage, etc., staff recommended approval of the permit. Mr. Hart, representing the applicant, explained that the parking lot use was temporary and would serve the hospital and Arts and Science Building. He said negotiations were underway for spring construction and the parking lot would only be used until that time. A motion to recommend approval of the permit carried unanimously.
