RESOLV�D: That Application N 00313 for Class C3-Drive-In Restaurant and Ci�axette license�,
applied for by the Fast Food Systems (Corporation) at 2045 Marshall Avenue, be
and the sa,me are hereby granted, subject to the followin� conditions:
1. That a tight fence, approximately 6 feet, 6 inches in height
be constructed and maintained along the alley or north property
line of the restaurant from the north corner of the building to the
northeast and northwest corners of the property.
2. That an additional door be constructed and maintained on the east side
of the building s#? that delivery service will be possible from Marshall
Avenue or south side.
