RESOLVED� Tha.t the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve and authorize the abatement of special assessments
which ha.ve been heretofore incorrectly levied against the various
properties owned by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the
City of Saint Paul, and as more fully described in applications
for abatement, County Auditor' s Nos . 88051, 88053, 88251, 88260,
88261, 88317, and 88318; and be it
