WHEREAS� The existing Agreement between the City of Saint
Paul and Model Neighborhood Development Company, Incorporated, for
the Model Cities Project entitled "Housing Development Corporation",
provides tha.t property purcha.sed with Model Cities' funds shall not
be transferred or sold for a period of five years without the
approval of the City and HUD, and the said Corporation has requested
approval to sell the property located at 897 Marshall; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, Tha.t the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve the Model Neighborhood Development Company selling
the property located at 897 Marsha.11 Avenue, and tha.t HUD be re-
quested to concur in this approval.
