MARZITELLI November 13, 1974 Honorable Ma.yor and Members of City Council: The Downtown Development District Advisory Board, upon recounnen- dation of its Parking Subcoimnittee, requests the City Council to authorize the execution of a contract with National Planning, Inc. of Detroit, Michigan, for purposes of updating and expanding the "Economic Feasibility Report for Parcel 7-A." The Committee is desirous of obtaining and reviewing this revised report prior to developing recommendations for presentation at the planned joint City Council - HRA infornia.tional meeting re- garding the project. It is our understanding that the source of funds can be the Development District bond proceeds. We would appreciate expeditious action on this request in order to prevent any further delays to the project.
