RESOLVED, That upon filing in the Municipal Court
of a Stipulation of Dismissal dis�issing with prejudice
the plaintiff' s cause of action against the City of Saint
Paul in the case of Marilyn Reid v. City of Saint Paul,
a public corporation, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability
Fund 09070-420-000 to Marilyn Reid, the sum of One Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($150. 00) , in fu11 settlement of her claim
for damages sustained as a result of the impounding and
sale of her vehicle that occurred on or about January 10,
1973, and as more fully set out in the Notice of Claim
presented to the Council on April 20, 1973.
