The CIB Cortmittee voted unanimously to recomnend to the Mayor and City Council : "Tnat $17,000 be transferred from the 1974 CIB funded project Dunlap St. ?aving, Bigelaw Ave. to University Ave. to the 1g74 CIS funded project Syndicate St. Paving, St. Anthony Ave. to University Ave." _ "That $10,600 be transferred from the Second United Bond Fund project U-34, Jackson St. Lighting, University Ave. to Arch-Per,n to the Warner Road Bridge lighting at the Reserve St. Bridge project, M-0051 ."
