Honorable Mayor Cohen:
The Long-Range Capitai Improvement Budget Committee at its Jul�y 1,2, 1974
meeting was presented with two Public 1�lorks requests for transfers of
monies to previously approved projects.
The CIB Cortmittee voted unanimously to recomnend to the Mayor and
City Council :
"Tnat $17,000 be transferred from the 1974 CIB funded project
Dunlap St. ?aving, Bigelaw Ave. to University Ave. to the
1g74 CIS funded project Syndicate St. Paving, St. Anthony Ave.
to University Ave." _
"That $10,600 be transferred from the Second United Bond
Fund project U-34, Jackson St. Lighting, University Ave. to
Arch-Per,n to the Warner Road Bridge lighting at the Reserve
St. Bridge project, M-0051 ."
The necessary council resolution has been prepared and should arrive for
your consideration shortly.

1 am requesting approvais of the following transfers of funds:
� 1. Transfer $17,000 of 1974 Capital Improvement Bond fund money
f rom P-0512 DUNi.AP ST. - Bigelow St. - University Ave. to
the project P-0541 SYNDICATE ST. - Sti. Anthony Ave. - Univ-
sity Ave.
Bath of these projects were approved in the i974 CIB bond
- � fund program. There wili be a net change in the budget of
zero. The reasons for these estimate changes is a more up-
� to-date detaiied revision. ,
2. Transfer $10,600 of Second United Bond Fund money to the
lighting project M05$1 WARNER ROAO BRIDGE at Reserve St.
Bridge from the project U-34 M-o347 JACKSON ST. - University
to Arch-Penn. 7his will resuit i� a net change in the
budget of zero.
This Jackson St. project was cancelled and we wfsh to program

the remaining balance of this lfghting fund.
