RESOLVED, Tha.t pursua.nt to Section 228 .05(e) of the Legislative
Code and upon the request therefor by Ma.rrel G. Hathaway, the
Council of the City of Saint Pau1 does hereby grant a thirty-day
extension bo the petitioners in order to comply with all of the
terms and conditions of vacation of alley Resolution C. F. 263808,
and the said Resolution C. F. 263808 be and is hereby so amended.

As per Section (E) Legislation Code #22805, may I
respectively request a 30 d�y extension of the Vacation Resolution
dated July 3rd and published Ju1y 13, 1974. �is vaction covers
alleys between Mississippi and Terrence running from York to Case.
�ur negotiations for finance for the proposed develop-
ment on the property between Case and York and Mississippi and I
Terrence has not been completed yet and we would appreciate a
30 day extention. I

Hathaway et al, that section of public alley hereinafter
' described, be and the same hereby is vacated and discontinued
as a public alley:
-- Vacate that portion of the alley in
Block 4, Edmund Rice' s Fourth Addition,
lying between the south li� of Case
Avenue and the extended north line of
the south 10 feet of Lot 16, in Block
4, Edmund Rice' s Fourth Addition;
subject expressly to the following conditions and reservations :
