Bisanz for a permit to install a 51-car parking lot, and his appeal to relax setback requirements, on property located on the east side of Cleveland between Villard and Magoffin. This property is further described by the legal description on file. This matter was heard by the Board of Zoning on May 2, 1974, at which time staff brieflq explained the proposal and recam�ended approval of the appeal and pennit. Mr. Bisanz explained his proposal and said he wrote a letter explaining the proposal to the property owners within 350 feet. He said he has the signatures of the people who directly border this property consenting to the proposal. Three neighbors expressed their concern over the traffic congestion on Villard at Cleveland. A motion was made and seconded to reco�end approval of the appeal and permit with the stipulation that parking on the south side of Villard be banned up to the first single family residence, and subject to staff's recammendations. The motion carried unanimously.
