sub,ject lands or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof
or construction o€ slopes, in the widening, paving and improving of •
OLD HWSON ROAD from Birmingham Street to approximately 400 feet
west of McKnight Road.
Also, acquire permanent easements for street and highway purFose_s on, �
over and across the following described lands:
All that part of Tract C, Registered Land, Survey No. 91 described
as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said tract; thence '
south along the east line of said tract a . distance of 831.45 feet
to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence south-
westerly, deflecting to the right 56 degrees 28 minutes and 14 seconds
a distance of 11.05 feet; thence southeasterly a distance of 10 feet
along a curve not tangential with the last described line, said
curve is concave to the northeast, has a radius of 683.21 feet, a
central angle of 0 degrees 50 minutes 19 seconds, and the chord of
said curve deflects 123 degrees 31 minutes 46 seconds, to the left
from the last described line; thence north d�flecting to the left
112 degrees 56 minutes 28 seconds along a line (east line of said
under Tract) �not tangent to said curve a distance of 10 feet to the point
of beginning.
All that part of Tract O, Registered Land Survey No. 200 lying south
` of the fo2lowing described line: Commencing at the southwest corner nt, and
having of said lract 0; thence +�asterly along the south line of said Tract 0,
a distance of 229.13 feet (229.77 R) to the point of beginning; thence �ereof
easterly along the last described south line extended, a distgnce of
469.43 feet more or less, to iCr�lpoint of inCersection with the south
line of said Tract 0 and there terminating.

2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the ��nty ei$hth day of
August� 1974 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
� 3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
