RESOLVED, tha.t the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby ratifies and approves the action of the Saint Paul
Board of Appeals at its meeting of June 11, 1974, waiving the
requirement of the Fire Prevention Code for St. Paul's
Church-on-the-Hill, 1524 Summit Avenue, so as to permit the
occupa.ncy of the basement for a children' s day activity
center, said basement ha.ving windows "the sills of which are
over 32" from the floor."
