release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pey out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to:
Donald L. Trimble and Rachel J. Trimble the sum of
$52.00 in full settlement of their claim of damages
sustained on or about October 11, 1973, a.s more

TO: Members of the Council
of the City of Saint Paul

RE: Donald Trimble v. City of Saint Paul
File No. S-73-0499
The Trimble' s filed a claim regarding an accident at
12th and Jackson with a police emergency vehicle and
the Trimble vehicle. The City denied their claim,
and in an action brought in Conciliation Court the
Trimble' s recovered a verdict in their favor in the
amount of $204.37. The City appealed this verdict and
has reached a tentative settlement of this claim at
$52.00. This office recommends settlement of this
claim for $52.00.
